The black Tulle skirt was so fun and flirty and even though the fabric was kind of light, it flowed and swayed beautifully in the wind. Full skirt like this is best worn with a simple classic tops.



I ended up wearing a crop top. Its so trendy and a perfect match for a high waist skirt. The top has a transparent lace by the sides.



 I paired the outfit with a floral polka dots pump shoes with bow and a red love clutch bag with a matching flower piece on my hair.

So, I celebrated my birthday last Saturday, went on a cruise from New Jersey to New York. I didn't do any special shopping for my birthday, I never thought about any outfit to wear more than this ravishing combo!
