The Best Way to Clean Your Vagina After Sex

Most women think they need to clean
inside their vagina with fingers and water after sex not knowing they
are upsetting the natural balance of the bacteria that protect the vagina. Don’t worry about the vagina it cleanses itself. When your menstrual blood flow stops who cleanses the inside vagina? Think about it.



Step 1

Drink a glass of water or more before or after sex to be able to pee after sex. Why do you need to pee after sex? During sexual intercourse, bacteria can get into your urethra which is the tube where urine comes out from, so when you pee, it flushes out the bad bacterial or germs present at the end of the urethra before they get inside the bladder and cause infection. It is
very important you pee after sex it reduces the chances of infection. Please, tell your partner to drink water too.

NB: If you practice unprotected sex and you are not looking forward to being pregnant while peeing push as if you want to poop, you will see the semen coming out. This process will not prevent you from getting pregnant but if you are looking forward to being pregnant stay on the bed after sex, tell your partner to get you a warm wet washcloth, and gently clean your vulva.

Step 2

After peeing, take a shower or gently
wash the vulva with warm water and unscented soap, you can also clean the vulva with unscented baby wipes, or with a wet warm washcloth, it is advisable to lift the clitoris towards the tummy to clean remember to wipe the vulva exactly how I showed you on the live video (center, right, and left.) Wipe from front to back, flip the washcloth to a cleaner side and wipe after each stroke. Men with foreskin should gently pull the skin back and wash underneath to avoid some semen being trapped inside their foreskin.


Step 3

Put on cotton undies they help absorb moisture especially during the day time, at nighttime, go to bed without undies so the genitals can get some fresh air, it helps keep the place dry and less odor.

Finally, if you constantly experience UTI after sex, I would advise you to drink a glass of concentrated cranberry juice every night before bed.


Sex Toys
Make sure you clean each toy after every use, check the packaging for cleaning instructions. It’s better not to share toys with others that can send germs back and forth.
