There is nothing more ubiquitous than having stripes in your wardrobe, whether horizontal, vertical, bold or tiny stripes because they are a wardrobe power player.


Stripes are versatile and easy to dress up no matter the personal style; it is the perfect silhouette to wear in any season. It literally works for everyone.


I dressed it down by leaving my striped shirt untucked and incorporated it with a distressed denim, a pair of monochrome pump shoes, and a ball bag to keep the swag vibe going. 


I just want to look casual to make my outfit look less intimidating without sacrificing any comfort. One can wear stripes in different ways. As long as it’s styled correctly you will look amazing in them.

So, I celebrated my birthday last Saturday, went on a cruise from New Jersey to New York.
